Today, children are more into cyber sports, instead of outdoor sports they prefer to be online gaming on their gaming consoles. Although, these consoles provide lot of fun and enjoyment but they cannot compare with the outdoor sports. The outdoor sports are not only the best physical activity one can have. It increases physical strength and is a healthy activity as compared to other sports. Doesn’t matter what age group you are from, there is an outdoor sport suitable for everyone. After such participating in such sports you feel so much refreshed. This feeling can never be achieved by playing cyber or computer games. There are number of sports that you can play. If you don’t like any one particular sport, then try others.

Sitting home and doing nothing is the worst thing you can do to yourself, it will make you dull and lethargic. If you go out and any sport then you will be doing yourself a huge favour. Breathe fresh air and you will feel so much active and it will be a favour to your body as well.
Canoeing – Kayaking
Canoeing is a great outdoor sport. If you are not in the mood for a swim then try canoeing. All you need is a lake and then start having lot of fun.
Caving – Canyoning
This is a thrilling sport and you will love it. As the name suggests, it is all about discovering caves. You will experience lot challenges during caving. You will have to be well equipped and prepared for this kind of sport as you might face few problems during you adventures and exploration. You will have to pass through tiny dark holes in the ground. It could sometimes little dangerous as well so you need to have a heart for it. Many people get afraid by dark empty places. Climbing
If you are not afraid of heights then you would love this sport. In this sport you need special equipment for safety reasons. You will have to use both your hands and feet for climbing mountains and walls. This is also a thrilling sport and full of adventure. First you should get some experience from expert climbers and also learn tricks then you can start climbing by your own.
Cycling
Cycling is one of my favourite outdoor sports. You just need to have a bike to enjoy this sport. You can ride your bike and go off-road or any other place you want to go. If you love sight-seeing then go for mountain cycling.
Extreme outdoor sports:
Extreme outdoor sports are not for everyone. Only the most daring people should try this.it involves sky diving, free running, base jumping and bungee jumping etc. there are lot of dangers attached to these sports so be careful and get fully prepared first.
